RPR-DEV builds AI tools for a living, and we use them on our own site too. This page explains, plainly, where AI shows up when you interact with rpr-dev.com, what it can and can't do, and how to reach a human if you'd rather not talk to a bot.
1. Where AI Is Used on This Site
Website chat widget: The chat bubble on rpr-dev.com is powered by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude), not a live person. It can answer questions about RPR-DEV's services, ventures, and general approach, and can help capture what you're looking for.
Phone answering assistant: Calls to phone numbers advertised for RPR-DEV may be answered by an AI voice assistant rather than a live person. The assistant will identify itself as a virtual assistant near the start of the call.
2. What These Tools Are Designed To Do
Answer general questions about RPR-DEV, our ventures, and how the AI Business Audit works.
Have a natural conversation to understand who you are, what business problem you're facing, and how to best route your inquiry.
Capture your name, contact details, and a summary of your message so RPR-DEV can follow up promptly and with context.
3. What These Tools Are Not Designed To Do
They do not quote firm pricing, sign contracts, or make binding commitments on behalf of RPR-DEV.
They are not a substitute for a live conversation with Ryan Russell or RPR-DEV staff once an engagement is underway.
They do not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulatory compliance advice.
They may occasionally misunderstand a question or provide an imperfect answer. AI language models can make mistakes, and anything important discussed with the chat widget or voice assistant should be confirmed directly with RPR-DEV before you rely on it.
4. How Your Conversations Are Handled
Chat conversations are retained as text so we can follow up with you. Phone calls are converted to a text transcript and summary in real time; we do not record or store full call audio. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on data handling and the third-party providers involved in processing these conversations.
5. Talking to a Human Instead
If you'd rather skip the AI tools entirely, you can reach RPR-DEV directly at sales@rpr-dev.com. If you're on a call with the AI voice assistant and want to leave a message for a human to review rather than continue the conversation, you can say so at any point and the assistant will wrap up accordingly.
6. Questions
If you have questions about how AI is used on this site or want more detail on any specific interaction, email sales@rpr-dev.com.
